Change Order Items:
Basalt Rock – an additional 960 cu yds were needed to build a road to the site and to reinforce the
foundation for the large boulders. A large area where the deck was removed needed to be filled.
Deck Sub-Structure removal – the deck sub-structure was completely rotten and had to
be removed. The original plan was to build a new deck over the existing sub-structure.
