It's not too late to prioritize the Railyard Master Plan and Hilltop Master Plan for the 2040 GP. A main tenet of MAP's LUA proposal was to focus on
existing investments before we densify other parts of town without a clear benefit of those decisions. We can modify the LUAs to reflect this and put the
focus on downtown before we develop other areas.

We need to get the movie theater back! This would have been an incredible addition to the town. Effort should be made with incentives and investments
to put the theater in the Railyard as originally visioned.
