1. Table M-2 – SR 89N/Rainbow – Turning movements/counts likely do not suppor t a southbound left turn
as most users access Prosser Lakeview from the north on the nor thern Rainbow intersection. Funding and
effor ts for improvements would be better spent to install a right turn lane for nor thbound SR89 onto the
southern Rainbow intersection.
