When we refer to funding sources, it seems like many of these focus on sidewalks and paved bikeways. Are
we also including a focus on dir t trails? I think this is important for our recreationally-focused community.
In addition, dir t trails cost a fraction of what paved trails cost so are often a very cost-effective way to
provide trail opportunities.
