Introduction: Guiding Principle Housing Element
Bullet point 3 does not seem congruent in that the new plan advocates for multistory, multi -family buildings that are not typically in line with Truckee's
character. The size and scale make it difficult to integrate naturally into the environment. Bullet point 4 could be split into two separate points. What are
avoidable governmental constraints?
