1. Call to Order: Vice Mayor Romack called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.
2. Roll Call: Council Members; Zabriskie, Klovstad, Polivy, and Vice Mayor Romack.
Absent: Mayor Henderson.
Staff Present: Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer; Nicole Casey, Administrative
Services Director; Bonnie Thompson-Harden, Human Resources Administrator; Hilary Hobbs,
Assistant to the Town Manager; and Andy Morris, Town Attorney.
3. Pledge of Allegiance – deferred.
4. Public Comment – none.
5. Closed Session
5.1 Conference with Labor Negotiators – Agency designated representatives: Nicole Casey,
Administrative Services Director, and Bonnie Thompson-Harden, Human Resource Administrator,
Employee Organization: Mid-Managers Association, Police Officers Association, and General
Employees Association, Government Code Section 54957.
Reportable Action: No Reportable Action Taken.
