Policy ED 3.6 on page 6-11 does recognize the value of infrastructure to support economic development. We believe it can be strengthened by listing
some examples of “backbone” physical infrastructure such as roads, bridges, bikeways/trails and utilities, as well as essential community-oriented
infrastructure such as parks, recreation, and a vibrant regional library.
