AUTHORIZING THE FORECLOSURE OF TAX TITLE LIENS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 54:4-104.29 et seq., the Tax Collector
has certified to the Municipal Council that the Borough of Carteret, a municipality in the
County of Middlesex, New Jersey, is the holder of certain Tax Sale Certificates, covering
the land for the amounts, including subsequent municipal liens, as shown on the Tax
Foreclosure List hereto annexed and made a part hereof; being Schedule No. 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Municipal Council of the Borough
of Carteret, that the Borough of Carteret is hereby directed to forec1ose and that the Law
Office of James P. Nolan and Associates is hereby authorized and directed to foreclose
said certificates by summary proceedings as provided by R.S. 54:5-104.29 to 54:5-
104.75.
Adopted this 25th day of August, 2005
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 26, 2005.
