d is the complete record for the final plat of SUB–03–1. The Planning & Zoning Commission considered the final plat on July 1 and recommends that the City Council approve the subdivision
final plat.
Attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and making them the Council’s own.
Attached is the Development
Agreement, providing assurance that the required public infrastructure will be constructed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve the Woodlands
Phase 2 Final Plat (SUB–03–1); approve the Development Agreement; and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
