SUMMARY STATEMENT: The police department requests the
Council approve the attached Xerox Rental Agreement (3 years). The new agreement will replace the existing copy machine with a digital machine with approximately the same features as
the existing copy machine. The costs will rise slightly: from $100 per month to $103 plus $0.0127 per page per month.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the Xerox Rental Agreement
and authorize the Mayor to sign.
