A four story building the likes of the artist lofts or of any other style is out of place and damages the character and views to and from high street and would become a primary contributor of additional downtown traffic congestion and pollution. I am still in opposition to this project considering the size and magnitude. The land owner knew what they were getting when the purchased it and should keep within the rules set in place. The town should deny this project under it's current plan. The proposed 80+ Unit Park City building is not an appropriate option in our beautiful small scale mountain town. Stop the madness and get this developer back in line with the previous recommendations by HPAC and TOT. If he needs to pursue a building the size and scale he is currently recommending he needs to rethink his investment. He is wasting the time and energy of council members, town staff and homeowners. Council Members: it is time to start protecting historic home owners interests who have invested their time, money and hearts in maintaining the character of our town.
