I am writing a plea for the town to implement the recommendations from MAP in the 2040 plan. We have an opportunity here to preserve and protect
our precious town's mountain environment and Truckee's surrounding wildlife interface. his is the time to plan for the future we all desire. This is the
time to plan for the unforeseen with checks and balances in place. This is the time to ensure that we show the future our ideologies were upheld and
codified in this plan.
Again, I implore you to follow all of MAP's recommendations. Let's do this right the first time and not have regrets.
