SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Ms. JoAnn Wolters and Mr. Daniel Schroeder; DBA Salmon Air would like to assign their current lease over to
Mr. Stephen White, Granite Holdings, LLC. Mr. White would like to assume all rights and privileges associated with this lease agreement.
The Airport Advisory Committee denied the
assignment and assumption of lease between the two parties based on the lack of information. Mr. White would like to appeal to the Council to consider his request.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve
the Lease amendment and authorize the Mayor to sign.
