CALL TO ORDER
The September 7, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:49 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.

The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Scrivner, Struemph, and
Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills
2010 -63 (Contract for Conference Center Complex) - Mayor John Landwehr explained
the addition of this bill at Friday's Brown Bag meeting by a motion to amend the agenda.
Resolutions RS2010 -20, RS2010 -21, and RS2010 -22 (sidewalk issues) - Councilman
Jim Penfold stated he plans to withdraw these two Resolutions tonight.
