A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE GRANTING A
ONE TIME PERFORMANCE BASED PAY AMOUNT OF $12,148.81 TO THE TOWN
ATTORNEY
WHEREAS; at the January 24, 2023 Council meeting, the Council met in closed session
to evaluate the Town Attorney, Andy Morris; and
WHEREAS; in conjunction with that evaluation, and in accordance with the Town’s
contract, the Town Attorney’s base pay can be increased at the Council’s discretion;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That a one-time non-base pay compensation pay amount of $12,148.81 is hereby
approved and adopted effective December 31, 2022 for the Town Attorney of the Town of
Truckee.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Vice Mayor Polivy, seconded by
Council Member Klovstad, at a regular meeting of the Truckee Town Council, held on the
14th day of February, 2023 and adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Vice Mayor Polivy, Council Member Klovstad, Council Member
Zabriskie, and Mayor Romack.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Henderson.
