Truckee Tax Measure Citizen's Oversight Board Meeting

1. Call to Order: Becky Bucar called the meeting to order at 5:04 pm.
2. Roll Call: Allison Pedley, Kipp Cooley, Reid Cox, Barney Dewey, Peter Kraatz, and Steven Cull.
Absent: Troy Ortiz.
3. Public Comment – none.
4. Discussion Items
4.1 2021/2022 Fiscal Year Truckee Tax Measure Expenditures (Measure V, Measure R, and
Measure K).
Recommended Action: Make a determination that the expenditure of Measure V, Measure R
and Measure K funds in the 2021-2022 fiscal year were consistent with the provisions of Measure
V as established by the voters in the November 4, 2008 general election, Measure R funds as
established by the voters in the June 3, 2014 special election, and Measure K as established by
the voters in the November 3, 2020 general election.
Slater Stewart, Assistant Engineer, presented from the staff report (on file with Town Clerk.)
Responses to Board Member Questions:
Staff responded to questions regarding projects, funding sources, and details regarding the
presentation.
Staff Recommendation was moved by Barney Dewey, and seconded by Kip Cooley, motion
passed with the following votes:
Ayes: Allison Pedley, Kipp Cooley, Reid Cox, Barney Dewey, Peter Kraatz, and Steven
Cull.
Noes: none.
Absent: Troy Ortiz.
Abstained: none.
Motion passed 6-0.
5. Adjournment: 6:09 pm.
