HomeMy Public PortalAboutAB 03-126 Attachment Quit Claim DeedQUIT CLAIM DEED The CITY OF MCCALL, a municipal corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho, Grantor, for good and sufficient consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, donate, dedicate, and convey unto MCCALL CEMETERY DISTRICT, Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, the following-described real property, all situate in Valley County, Idaho, to-wit: Parcel A, attached hereto as Exhibit A Parcel B, attached hereto as Exhibit B Map of Parcels A & B, attached hereto as Exhibit C To have said premises, with all the rights, easements, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, for the purpose and on the condition that it shall be utilized solely for cemetery purposes. The stated restrictions are covenants running with the land and binding on Grantees, its successors and assigns. Compliance may be enforced by injunction obtained by Grantor. The title and rights of Grantee or of any of its successors in title, shall, at the option of Grantor, revert to Grantor for any violation of the above restrictions.
