Hello, and thank you for all your work on this.
I have not been following many city council meetings the last couple of years. So my only question with respect to this is
whether or not there have been any discussions (or movement at all) to allow a cannabis retail storefront in Truckee
(downtown or otherwise) vs delivery only. I own Winter Greens (cannabis delivery).

Code/Zoning Map Amendments to implement the 2040 General Plan and SB2 are in the final stages for adoption!
The following dates should be noted:
Planning Commission: Tuesday, March 21st and Wednesday, March 22nd
o Planning Commission will be reviewing these documents and forwarding a recommendation to the
Town Council on
Town Council: Tuesday, April 11th.

o The Town Council will review the documents and the Planning Commission’s recommendation and take
action
All meetings will begin at 5:00 PM at Truckee Town Hall (10183 Truckee Airport Road).
The final draft of the 2040 General Plan and Downtown Truckee Plan can be found at the following

Please note that the Final Environmental Impact Report will be published later this week.
The staff report for the March 21st Planning Commission hearing and April 11th Town Council meeting will be published a
minimum of five days before the hearing. You can visit the link above for access to the staff reports or you can sign up
for email notification (https://www.townoftruckee.com/living/email‐notification‐sign‐up, select “Planning Commission’
and “Council Agenda & Minutes”).
