CALL TO ORDER
The September 13, 2010, Council Work Session was convened at 5:40 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Griffith, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, and Struemph,
Absent: Carroll, Harvey, Scrivner, and Weber
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Sidewalk Issues
City Engineer Matt Morasch gave a presentation on the issue of sidewalks. Staff distributed
a proposed ordinance for the Council's information. Mayor John Landwehr suggested that
the ordinance be placed on either the next Council agenda, or the next one as soon
thereafter, to allow the Council to vote on the issue.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 P.M.
