SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho
Department of Lands has funding available for the enhancement of transportation corridors. The South Corridor task force of the McCall Improvement Committee has been instrumental in
the installation of a new entryway sign. Landscaping around the sign has yet to be finished, and grant funding would pay for the purchase and installation of trees, shrubs and boulders.
Cost of the project will be clarified for Council at the Sept. 11th, 2003 meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of the Community Transportation Enhancement grant, and
authorize the Mayor to sign.
