SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Department of Lands has funding
available to plant trees. The Parks Department has identified a need at Legacy Park, to replace trees destroyed by vandalism. The project would involve the purchase and installation
of about 7 new flowering chokecherry and crabapple trees. The project would take place in the spring of 2004.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve submission of the Tree Planting Grant
and authorize the Mayor to sign.
