CALL TO ORDER
The September 20, 2010, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Griffith, Harvey, Koon, Medin (arrived at 5:45 P.M.), Penfold, Pope,
Scrivner, Struemph, and Weber
Absent: Carroll
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Public Hearings - Mayor John Landwehr reminded the Council that they amended the
agenda on Friday at the Brown Bag meeting to take up the Flora Drive public hearing after
the other two public hearings as it is anticipated to be quite lengthy.
RS2010 -30 - Councilman Jim Penfold stated he intends to withdraw this Resolution tonight
until the Public Works & Planning Committee has had time to discuss the issue of sidewalks
further.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
