SUMMARY
STATEMENT:
McCall Public Library, Cascade Public Library, and the Donnelly Friends of the Library have begun a planning process to examine the feasibility of a library district(s) in
Valley County. Funds from the Idaho State Library are being sought to help implement the planning project. Costs include a feasibility study consultant and staff travel. Total grant
amount is not certain at this date, but will be defined by 9/30/03. Estimated cash match is 25% of total grant amount.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the submission of the LSTA
grant and authorize the Mayor to sign.
