SUMMARY STATEMENT: The High
School’s Associated Student Body requests permission to have a fireworks display on September 26th during the Homecoming game. The President of the ASB is coordinating the approvals
and will provide them to the City prior to the Council meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the fireworks display contingent upon the approval of the Fire Chief and Police Chief.
