ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened: Present: * *Carroll, Griffith, Harvey, Koon, * Medin, Penfold, Pope, *Scrivner, *Struemph, and Weber Absent: None *Councilmen Medin, Struemph, and Scrivner arrived at 5:50 P.M. * *Councilwoman Carroll was present but out of the meeting room until 5:53 P.M. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Resolutions RS2010 -35 and RS2010 -36 (recognition of 2010 Outstanding Service Award Recipients). Mayor John Landwehr stated that the Council has requested that these be moved up on the agenda to allow the recipients to receive recognition earlier in the meeting. Bill 2010 -65 (sidewalks) - Councilman Jim Penfold stated he intends to withdraw this bill tonight. Bill 2010 -68 (animals) - Councilman Ron Medin stated he plans to make a motion to divide this bill into three parts, each bill containing one of the three sections in the original bill. ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 5:56 P.M.
