SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Library has received $1500 in donations, $500 from The Hospital Auxiliary for Health related books, and $1000
from an anonymous donor. As this amount exceeds the budgeted amount in private contributions 25-98-040-970, the library would like to request that $1500 be taken from the library contingent
revenue line, 25-99-065-100 and be moved into the book budget line 25-57-150-435, to be spent as directed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Council to approve transfer.
