The Tiffin Planning and Zoning Commission met in regular session on Wednesday,
December 2, 2015 at City Hall. Members present Stephanie Surine, Stephanie Jiras,
Barbara VanGorp. Absent: Key Kain, Luther Parker. Also present: Engineer
Carhoff, Council Member Jim Bartels, Building Official Brian Shay, and Deputy
Clerk Jay -Platz. Key Kain called the meeting to order at 6:10 PM
Motion to appoint Stephanie Surine as Temporary Chair by Stefanie Jiras, Second
by VanGorp. All ayes, carried.
A. Agenda Additions/Agenda Approval
Motion to approve the agenda by Jiras.
Second by VanGorp.
All ayes, motion carried.
B. Approval of Minutes
Motion to approve November P&Z Minutes by Jiras
Second by Surine
All ayes, motion carried
C. Commercial Zoning Districts — Business List Categories
No action taken, moved to next meeting.
Council Member Jim Bartels arrived at 6:20pm.
Council Member Al Havens arrived at 6:30pm.
D. Adjournment
Motion to adjourn meeting by VanGorp
Second by Jiras.
All ayes, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:52pm
