SUMMARY STATEMENT: Frontier Communications
provides phone service to the City. The contract expired and the City reviewed options for cost savings. The attached contract provides the most cost effective solution for our phone
needs. The City Attorney is providing amended non-appropriations language to add to the agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the agreement with Frontier and authorize the City
Manager to sign contingent upon City Attorney review.
