This Construction agreement supplements the earlier Project Development Agreements. Resolution 03–04 authorizes the Agreement. The City will be responsible for any costs over $5,192,419.00. ITD cannot award a construction contract, or approve change orders, that will increase the cost over that amount without the City’s approval. The engineer’s estimate of probable construction cost, wetland mitigation, utility relocation, and construction engineering and inspection is $5,200,843.76. The project will be advertised for bid in approximately two weeks.  RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution 03–04, and authorize the Mayor to sign the State/Local Agreement.
