I move that Zoning Ordinance Amendment TLOA-2021-0013 revising Leesburg
Zoning Ordinance Sec. 9.5.4 Standards for Temporary Uses, be approved, on the
basis that the amendment furthers objectives of the Town Plan and that the proposal
would serve the public necessity, convenience, general welfare and good zoning
practice.
