SUMMARY STATEMENT: Donohue & Associates may have to provide services related to litigation, the costs of which are not part of
the original contract. We did develop a fee schedule in anticipation for such services. Although we have reached a settlement agreement, Donohue did perform some services related to
litigation and therefore we should execute this amendment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement for Professional Services McCall Water Treatment Plant
Project with Donohue & Associates and authorize the Mayor to sign.
