SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The City of McCall signed a state-local agreement with ITD in Feb. 1999 for the Old Jail project.
The project was idle until 2002. Discussion with ITD has led to the decision to create a new agreement which will allow the City of McCall greater flexibility in decision making regarding
the rehabilitation of the Old Jail, and will allow the project to proceed.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the new state/local agreement SBID-3270(125) and authorize the Mayor to sign.
