On April 8, 2003, a Bid Opening was held and bids were received from three (3) contractors.
P&M Excavators, Inc. (McCall) $ 80,481.25
T.A.
Dibble Exc., Inc. (Boise) $ 86,902.50
Elliot Scott Earthmoving (Boise) $109,500.00
Toothman-Orton Engineering Co. has reviewed all bids and determined that P&M Excavators, Inc. is
the most responsive bidder.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Notice of Award and Contract Agreement with P&M Excavators, Inc. and authorize the Mayor to sign.
