SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Mr. Stuart Toomey would like to assign his current lease agreement over to Mr. Mike Chapman. Mr. Chapman would like to assume all rights and privileges
associated with this lease agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the Lease Assignment with Mr. Mike Chapman allowing him to assume the responsibilities of the lease agreement and
authorize the Mayor to sign.
