APPROVING A SEVERANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
BOROUGH OF CARTERET AND POLICE DIRECTOR ELG
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret and Police Director
Elg have negotiated a mutually acceptable severance agreement and desire to
memorialize the terms of their tentative agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Mutually beneficial severance agreement between
the Borough and Police Director Elg is hereby approved and the Mayor and
Borough Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said agreement in a form
approved by the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 19th day of July, 2001
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on July 20, 2001.
