Attached is the complete record for VAC–03–1 and SUB–03–2. The Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 8 and recommends
that the City Council approve the subdivision vacation and replat.
Attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings & Conclusions and
making them the Council’s own.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings & Conclusions and approve VAC–03–1 and SUB–03–2.
