SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The attached State/Local Agreement for the Four Corners Beautification Project has been revised slightly
since the Council approved it on April 25, 2002. The Agreement now reflects that a large portion of the City’s match amount will come from in-kind services and donated right-of-way.
The previous agreement was unclear regarding the source of the local match.
This Agreement completely replaces the April 25, 2002 Agreement.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution
03–7, authorizing the Mayor to sign the State/Local Agreement with ITD.
