we have enclosed my 2019 Lobbyist Registration Form.
Further, this is to notify you that I did not incur any lobbying expenditures involving the City
during the preceding 2018 six-month time period. Therefore, no expenditure report will be
forthcoming from me at this time.

Dear Mr. Miller,
Please review Section 2.191 of the City Code, a copy of which is attached, to determine if it is
necessary for you to continue to be registered as a lobbyist.
If you are so required, please complete the attached registration form which will be valid until
the end of the calendar year 2019. A separate registration must be completed for each different
individual, firm, association, business or organization represented. If you do not qualify as a
lobbyist, or you have already submitted your 2019 registration, you may disregard this
notification.

Please note the expenditure report filing dates at the bottom of the registration form. Section 4
of 2.191 requires you to file an expenditure report on February 1st and August 1st of each
calendar year of any lobbying expenditures involving the City during the preceding six month
period. As a reminder, your report for the period of July -December 2018 is due on
February 1, 2019.
