SUMMARY STATEMENT: This contract covers the cost of working with a City Employee Committee, and managers to complete
the Performance Management and Pay for Performance System begun last fiscal year. The Consultants will create all appropriate documentation and tools in consultation with City Staff
and report to the City Council at the completion of the project. This project will take approximately 4 months to complete. The amount is higher than the original number mentioned
by the City Manager at an earlier Council meeting due to the addition of consultant involvement since this project is occurring over the summer months when the largest departments are
busiest.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the agreement for professional services with BDPA and authorize the Mayor to sign.
