SUMMARY STATEMENT: Changes
to the contract will allow the Golf Pro to provide the City with a Dedicated Performance bond in the amount of $200,000 in lieu of keeping all tournament funds segregated in a Trust
account; clarifies that the Golf Pro will be responsible for making Idaho Sales Tax payments related to all appropriate transactions; and clarifies the appropriate payment amount to
the City for greens fees and costs related to tournaments.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the changes to the Golf Pro Contract with Allan Morrison for 2003 and authorize the Mayor
to sign the contract.
