SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Idaho Code and McCall City Code require that the Planning & Zoning Commission make a recommendation to the City Council
regarding the appropriate zoning designation upon annexation. Both the Commission and the City Council hold public hearings. Neither public hearing addresses the question of annexation
– only the appropriate zoning designation upon annexation.
Attached is the complete record for ZON–03–1. The Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 6 and recommends
that the City Council place the property within the Industrial district upon annexation. Attached are draft Findings & Conclusions for the City Council, incorporating the P&Z’s Findings
& Conclusions and making them the Council’s own.
Ordinance 776 annexes the property and zones it Industrial.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt the draft Findings and Conclusions for ZON–03–1
Suspend
the rules and read Ordinance 776 one time only; Adopt Ordinance 776
