VOTE TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION Pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Board may go into Closed Session to discuss one or more of the following: a. Hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees [Sec. 610.021(3)] b. Individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings or records pertaining to employees or applicants for employment [Sec. 610.021(13)] 8.
