SUMMARY STATEMENT: We would like Council
approval to allow the resale two lifetime golf passes of deceased persons and an additional ten passes. The approval would grant a charitable organization to sell the passes for $10,000
each, with the requirement that the proceeds be used for improvements at the McCall Municipal Golf Course. Dan has identified specific capital projects that would be funded. The City
Attorney reviewed the current bonds and this would not violate the bonds, we will draft an agreement that assures we do not violate the bonds or the intent that the proceeds be used
to improve the course.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the resale of two lifetime golf passes and ten new lifetime passes as described and direct the staff to prepare the necessary
agreement, authorize the Mayor to sign all required documents.
