SUMMARY STATEMENT: In
May of 2003 Robert Strope completed three years as City Manager. Mayor Colton collected written evaluations from the other members of the Council and will meet with Robert to consolidate
the information prior to the Council meeting. Under the current implementation plan for the new pay system, Robert is not eligible for a merit increase at this time.

ACTION: Complete the evaluation process.
