SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Planning & Zoning Commission has reviewed and approved the
preliminary and final plats of the Broken Ridge Subdivision (SUB–03–6). The Commission recommends that the City Council approve the final plat and associated documents.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Approve the final plat of the Broken Ridge Subdivision (SUB–03–6), and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
