SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Planning & Zoning Commission
has reviewed and approved the final plat for Phase One of the Aspen Ridge Subdivision (SUB–02–1). The Commission recommends that the City Council approve the final plat and associated
documents.
Ordinance 790 allocates the LID #3 assessment from the larger original parcels to the newly created lots in Phase One.
Staff will provide all associated attachments prior
to the meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the final plat of the Aspen Ridge Subdivision Phase One (SUB–02–1); and
Waive the rules and read Ordinance 790 by title only, one time
only; and
Adopt Ordinance 790; and
Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents.
