After having met with the Parks/Recreation Advisory Committee, and in accordance with the City of McCall Park Reservation Policies, the Vice
President of the McCall Skateboard Park Association, Holly Thrash, Concessionaire, and the Director of Parks/Recreation of the City of McCall, Brock Heasley, have negotiated the following
fee for the issuance of a Concession Agreement between the City of McCall and the Concessionaire.
The agreement shall begin on July 1, 2004 and be effective through September 30, 2004,
and shall allow the Concessionaire to operate a concession cart for the sale of food and beverages at Legacy Park and at Fairway Park in McCall, Idaho.
This activity will be a fundraiser
for the non-profit McCall Skateboard Association, and the fee is based in part on the non-profit Hawker’s fees and in part on the nature of the activity.
The negotiated fee for the
Concession Agreement from July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 shall be $600.
