SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Attached are a Concession Agreement and the supporting documents requesting permission for the McCall Skateboard Park Association to operate one concession cart in Legacy Park or Fairway
Park on Tuesdays through Sundays from July 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. The purpose of the concession is to raise funds for the McCall Skateboard Park project.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Approve the attached agreement and authorize the Mayor to sign.
