CALL TO ORDER
The December 17, 2010, City Council "Brown Bag" Meeting was convened at 12:05 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Harvey, Koon, Medin, Penfold, Pope, Struemph, and Weber
Absent: Griffith and Scrivner
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2010 -96 (zoning for tattoo parlors) - Councilman Eric Struemph asked staff if there was
a report on the code violations at tattoo businesses that were mentioned in a previous
Council meeting. Staff stated they would provide that information to the Council.
Councilwoman Carrie Carroll stated she may have an amendment which will add C -1 to the
list already in the current bill. Councilman Eric Struemph asked City Counselor Nathan
Nickolaus to also let the Council know if historic districts can also be addressed.
Appointments - Mayor John Landwehr stated he plans to recommend Donna White for
approval as Interim City Prosecutor on Monday night.
