SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The airport would like to develop its last parcel of land. In order to develop the land, the airport needs to install
two taxiways within the area. However, the cost of the project is estimated to be $ 400,000. The airport plans to conduct the project in phases since the total cost of the project
exceeds the airport’s annual grants in the sum of $ 153,000 from the FAA and State. The first phases of the project will involve an environmental assessment and developing a design.
Armstrong Consultants will not charge the City for the cost of the design process until the FAA distributes the grant.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve the agreement between Armstrong’s
Consultants and the City of McCall; and authorizes the Mayor to sign.
